UV-cured elastomers (PFPE and starPEG) as used in the project of our team are novel materials and their cytocompatibility needs to be evaluated for cell-biological applications. My work is to assess the cytocompatibility and to improve it if neccessary without compromising the integrity of either the material or the surface patterns.
